How It Works!

1. Mail in your pre-loved dress or shirt to us, and we'll send you a digital gift card for $15 per item. Make sure to include your name and email address in the package!

2. We'll assess the item, and determine if it's okay to resell with just a nice wash, or needs a little more TLC.

3. We wash the dresses!

4. For those that need some extra love, we work with a tailor to determine how to do a repair that will add beauty and years to the dress.

5. We list the dress online and add a grade, so you know what to expect. Close-up photos will show specific wear and repairs, and if there aren't close-ups, then it's because it doesn't need them!

This dress is in excellent condition, either it's brand new, or it's been verrry gently worn, but not visibly.

Looks good!

This dress is in good condition, it may have some visible wear including fading, stretching and it's extra soft.

Lots of love!

This dress has gotten lots of love! It will have noticeable wear and tear, and we'll be sure to indicate in the photos what and where.
