Something not quite right? We accept returns within 15 days of receipt for all orders! To get your return started, log in to your customer account!

We recommend shipping your package using a carrier that can provide tracking information — Common Threads is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 10 days of return receipt. Any duties and taxes (including VAT) that have been pre-paid are non-refundable.

TOTE NOTE // Our totes and our dresses belong together!  If for whatever reason you are returning a one-unit dress or shirt order and its accompanying tote is not returned along with it, we may deduct $18 from your refund. If your item was more than one dress or shirt, please keep your tote:)

We'll do our best to ship within 2 days of placing an order for any in-stock item. US orders ship via USPS. 

US CUSTOMERS: US orders of $62+ ship for free!

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE US (including CANADA): Orders valued at $62 USD+ outside of the US will ship for $20 USD. Orders valued at less than $62 USD will be charged a shipping fee of $25 USD. Duty is not included in the shipping fee. Curious about how duties are calculated? Check the duty calculator here! (Our dress HS code is 620442, and our shirt HS code is 620630).

Please note, we require a mobile number for all non-US orders so that the courier can contact you for delivery via text message (they will not be able to contact you via landline). 

Zuri is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen once they have been marked delivered by the carrier.
